TITANIUM HARDCORE 19.6 ATX  

After travelling Australia fulltime for 10 months (prior to the accident), with two young kids and Steve, we realised that there were certain requirements that we needed, to create effortless flow and functionality. After the first 6 months on the road, we were quick to realise that the Titanium Hardcore we were travelling in has made for the perfect “try before you buy” situation. What do we mean by this? 

Well;
 - With the girls getting older, we wanted a home that had more head space for them, more room.
 - We didn’t use the TV antenna.
 - We wanted more solar panels (yes, we’re power pigs).
 - We didn’t like how the east-west bed was positioned.
 - We didn’t like the cassette styled toilet.
 - We really disliked the skylight/ hatch concept.
 - We wanted to remove some of the manual set up/ pack up factors.

As a result, we decided to make the changes we needed to create a home that allows us to move, relax and laugh in. Thus, we decided to invest in new Titanium Hardcore ATX 19.6 off road caravan.

ADDITIONS

Add Bullfinch external shower.
Webasto diesel heater.
Added a 12V socket and extra Anderson plug in tunnel boot.
Upgrade to Dometic Fantastic rain sensor hatch.
Added an Off-side sail track on driver's side of the van to allow sun/ heat protection again the external electrics board and provide additional shade.

Upgrade to Wolf 1100 airbox pantry – In lieu of standard picnic table.
Upgrade to C7 kitchen cooking option with portable induction and drawers from standard cooking option.
Added x 2 Sirocco fans (4 in total).
Added 2 x solar pannels to total 1200w.
Upgrade from standard mattress to deluxe.
Upgraded Insulation.

CUSTOMISATIONS

Everything Caravan & Camping Clearview Fridge slide
Installed an external pantry above the slide out kitchen.
Reversed the East-West bed head and installed a 400mm privacy wall upon entrance.
Installed a sheer privacy curtain to create the Master bedroom.
Shortened the lounge leaving 200mm minimum gap between lounge and bed allowing us to walk around the bed with ease.
Opted for two bunks instead of three.
Signature Classic Oak 835 flooring, Lana Grey Matt for the overheads, NX620 Arctic White Matt bench top, Zenolite Snowy Mountain Splash Back, Nikpol White Diamond Quartz Super Matt benchtops and Eastwood Fawn upholstery. 
OGO composting toilet over the Thetford ceramic cassette. 

Installed Isi Extreme Bike rack
Removed the 2 sky light hatches.
Installed internal clothes storage racks.
Installed the TV bracket, towel rail and toilet roll holder to fit our needs. 
Installed external awning clothesline.
Removed the Titanium mud guards to under the van for extra protection.
Added a StoneStomper to the tow vehicle and van.
Deleted the TV antenna.
We created an external hatch under these bunks.
We removed the internal stove top and opted for a Thetford Oven/ Grill, keeping the overhead exhaust fan for resale.
